List of Hindi Dub Voice Actors and Cast from One Piece on Cartoon Netwrok India
One Piece is one of the most iconic and longest-running anime series, and its journey in India has been anything but straightforward. While Indian fans have long awaited an official One Piece Hindi dub, the anime has been dubbed in Hindi multiple times, each featuring a different voice cast.
From its first Indian broadcast in 2006 using the 4Kids version to its revival in 2024 as part of Cartoon Network India’s post-pandemic anime wave, One Piece has undergone a unique dubbing evolution. Cartoon Network has been central to this journey, starting with the Toonami block in 2006, and later reintroducing the series with the Land of Wano Arc in 2024.
In this post, we’ll break down all Hindi dub versions of One Piece that have aired on Cartoon Network India, with a complete list of voice cast for each version (where available).

4Kids Version on Toonami Block (2006)
The first-ever One Piece Hindi dub aired in India in 2006, during the Toonami programming block on Cartoon Network India. This version was based on the heavily localized 4Kids English dub, which was the only officially licensed English version of One Piece at the time.
In India, the 4Kids version aired in both English and Hindi, allowing viewers to switch between languages. The Hindi dub followed the edits and censorship typical of the 4Kids adaptation, including renamed attack techniques, removed episodes and arcs, and toned-down violence.
This version began with Season 1 (East Blue Saga) and concluded sometime during the Arlong Park Arc, making it a relatively short-lived run. Despite its limited broadcast, it marked the first official introduction of One Piece on Indian television.
Here is the list of known voice actors who worked on the 4Kids Hindi dub, which aired on the Toonami block:

One Piece: East Blue Saga – Cartoon Network India (2025)
Following the strong reception of the Wano Arc and growing fan demand to watch One Piece from the beginning, Cartoon Network India restarted the series from scratch. This fresh run began in December 2024 with the One Piece East Blue Saga (Season 1), available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam dubs.
Unlike the Wano Arc version, this One Piece Hindi dub featured a fresh new voice cast, except for Vaibhav Thakkar, who returned as Monkey D. Luffy. All other main and supporting roles were recast, giving the East Blue Saga a distinct sound and style compared to its 2024 predecessor.
