Korean-Anime film ‘Lost in Starlight’ Premieres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu Dubs on NETFLIX
Being NETFLIX's 1st Korean Animated Movie it premiered on May 30, 2025.
Netflix’s first Korean anime film, Lost in Starlight, premiered worldwide on May 30, 2025. The film was released with Korean and English dubs, alongside three Indian languages: Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. This sci-fi romance is set in the futuristic cyberpunk city of Seoul in 2050.
Directed by Ji-won Han, the two lead characters are voiced by Kim Tae-ri and Hong Kyung, who also worked together in the 2023 K-drama Revenant.
Set in the year 2050, Lost in Starlight follows Nan-young, a scientist chosen for a Mars mission in hopes of uncovering her missing mother’s fate, and Jay, a musician who restores vintage sound gear. In a near-future Seoul, their paths cross through a forgotten turntable, where love, memory, and music bring them together under the stars.
